All orders (International and Domestic) are processed and shipped typically within 1-3 business days after purchase. During high volume times such as holidays or sales, it may take 3-5 business days. If you need an item urgently, please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Customs and Import Charges

 Import duties and taxes may be charged at some destination countries. All import duties and taxes are the receiver’s responsibility where they apply. Ayelli has not control over these charges.

 Delivery information

Singapore Domestic deliveries

  • Our carriers deliver between 9am and 6PM on workdays. In the event nobody is available to receive the package, postman signs off Delivery note as proof of delivery and place the package in the letter box. If the letter box is too small / full, postman will issue a delivery advice.

 International Deliveries

  • To ensure your orders arrived safely we do not ship to PO Boxes.  
  • Shipment delivery note must be signed upon delivery.
  • We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. Customer bears responsibility for the goods upon signing. If you believe that your parcel has been tampered with, please refuse to sign for the goods and notify Ayelli.

 Cancellations & Refund Policy

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want your experience to be a pleasant one, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us and we will find an agreeable solution.

Please send us an email to report a non-receipt or damaged in-transit product. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Kindly note:  If the product is damaged in-transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of damage.

Any discrepancies with your order should be raised at order@ayelli.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to address any issues and ensure you love Ayelli as much as we do.
